All parcels are dispatched within 1-2 Business Days
All purchases are dispatched via Royal Mail and are tracked
Any orders over £30 will require a signature upon delivery
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As the majority of our items are personalised, returns will not be accepted with the exception of:

Your parcel arrived damaged

There was an error with the Personalisation caused by us

The parcel never arrived and the item is not showing as delivered when the tracking number is used
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ANY PERSONALISATION, AS MISTAKES NOT MADE BY OURSELVES WILL NOT BE REPLACED/REFUNDED.
